Get an Effortless No-Search-Results Experience
The No Search Results page now comes populated with a no-results
image and message. Right out of the box, when a search returns no results customers see a
meaningful, professional looking message.
Where: This feature is available in Lightning Experience, in Personal, Enterprise, Performance, and Developer editions.
How: You can see this change when you create a store. Your existing stores continue to use the old No Search Results page. For the new page, leave the message as is or edit it to add or replace it with your own words or image. We created the message using the HTML Editor component, so revising is a breeze. In Experience Builder, click the HTML Editor component, then in the property editor, click Edit Markup.
