Use Hover Links to Quickly Access Related Lists on Feed-Based Layout Detail Views
We’ve added hover links to the top of the details view for
feed-based layouts, making it easier to work with related lists with less scrolling. Now you don’t
have to choose between using feed-based layouts and giving your users the functionality hover
links provide.

When users hover their mouse over the name of a related list, entries in the list and action buttons related to it appear.
Related list hovers appear on the details view for feed-based layouts only if there are no tools or components (such as custom buttons or links) in the left sidebar of the layout’s feed view.
