Environment Hub Setup Simplified
My Domain deployment is no longer required for enabling Environment Hub. This simplifies
the default setup and makes the feature more widely accessible.

You can enable Environment Hub and use it to create new organizations, without using My Domain. However, My Domain deployment is still required to enable Single Sign-On or to connect existing organizations to the hub.
