Access New Processing Features with Updated Standard Flows

Where: This change applies to Salesforce Order Management, which is available for an additional cost in Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

Why: The Return Flow, Cancel Flow, and Order Summary Flow are updated to support multiple currencies, and net and gross tax locales. These flows are also updated to run only on managed order summaries. They do not run on unmanaged (external) order summaries. In addition, the Cancel Flow is updated to support refunds for canceled items. To use these new standard flows, clone and activate the new versions, and make any existing versions inactive. Then update the corresponding Actions & Recommendations deployment with the new flows.

If you customized the flows in a previous release, you must reapply your customizations to the new flows. We recommend putting customizations into a subflow so future updates to standard flows can be cloned to a new flow, and then the customized subflow can be called from the new cloned flow.
