Apply Discounts to Order Product Summaries
You can apply discounts to order product summaries. You can also
preview the result of applying a discount before actually applying it. Salesforce Order
Management includes a standard flow, actions in Flow Builder, Connect in Apex methods, and
Connect REST API resources to process discounts. The functionality is very similar to the
cancel and return features that you know and love.
Where: This change applies to Salesforce Order Management, which is available for an additional cost in Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions.
