Create a Learning Journey in the Dashboard Learning Resources Panel
Now it’s much easier for Einstein Analytics users to discover your
in-app guidance. When they select Learn on a dashboard widget, the Learning Resources
panel opens, revealing the available onboarding content for all widgets in the
dashboard. Add custom onboarding for each chart to create a step-by-step learning
progression through the dashboard.
Where: These changes apply to Einstein Analytics in Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic. Einstein Analytics is available in Developer Edition and for an extra cost in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions.
How: Add the Learn option in a widget’s dropdown menu through the Onboarding property in the dashboard designer.
When you have at least one widget with onboarding, the Learning Resources icon appears. Click the icon to open and close the Learning Resources panel. When the panel is open, hover on a learning resource to highlight the chart that goes with it. Each learning resource is numbered and the numbers appear on the charts for easy reference.
