Make Your Bots Smarter with Customer Input Classification and Feedback

Review how a bot classifies what your customers type in chat and then approve, ignore, or reclassify each input to the proper intent. This feedback process helps your bot learn and become smarter over time.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in Essentials, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions. Setup for Einstein Bots is available only in Lightning Experience.

Who: Einstein Bots is available to orgs with both Service Cloud and Live Agent user licenses. Each org is provided with 25 Einstein Bot conversations per month for each Live Agent User with an active subscription.

How: To train your bot, navigate to the Bot Training tab on the Model Management page. Review how the intent model classifies your customer inputs, and then approve, ignore, or reclassify them as needed.Review and classify customer inputs
