Open Softphones in a New Window
Let your agents make the most of their screen space. Agents that use multiple monitors can pop-out their softphone utility into its own window. Agents can move the utility anywhere on the screen to make the most of the space. No setup is required. Just tell your agents to click the pop-out icon in the top-right corner of utility. Previously, this feature was only available in Salesforce Classic.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.
