Control Community User Visibility (Generally Available)
Some things should just be private. Now you can control whether members can see members of other communities or just their own. Enable Community User Visibility to let members view members of other communities. Turn the option off to keep your community members hidden.
Create Reports on a Community’s Topic Usage
Set up a report to see all your community’s topics and the posts and questions that they apply to. Create a custom report type with networks as the primary object, topic assignments as the second object, and feed posts as the third object. You can also include feed comments as a fourth object. You can use this information to check your knowledge base for relevant articles and content.
Take Action in Salesforce from Analytics Dashboards
The Wave Dashboard component now supports opening Salesforce records and performing record-level actions and bulk actions. Set up a menu of actions on a chart or table, or configure a bulk action on a table widget. Then your community users can open records and take action in Salesforce directly from the Analytics dashboard, without leaving your community. An action menu can include object-specific and global actions defined in Salesforce, such as creating cases, updating accounts, and posting to Chatter. Bulk action menu options let users perform actions on multiple Salesforce records with only one click.
