Autolinking No Longer Creates Contact Records

If you have autolinking enabled, the behavior has changed. When a matching contact record isn’t found for a messaging user, LiveMessage doesn’t automatically create one. LiveMessage autolinking behavior hasn’t changed for cases where a matching record is found.

Where: This change applies to orgs with access to LiveMessage through a Digital Engagement add-on. LiveMessage in Lightning Experience is available in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with the Service Cloud.
