Improvements to Service Reports

To improve performance, the actions (send sms, email, view details, etc.) and necessary data under the mobile worker’s avatar aren’t primed until needed.

Where: These changes apply to Field Service Lightning for Android and iOS in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

When: Version 5.0 is available for download on App Store and Google Play in January, 2019.

How: When you click View all Service Reports, you see all service reports for the current service appointment and its parent (either work order or work order line item). No more slowing down with the Service Appointment picker.

Service report notes are easier to use with this release.
