Control Access to Bulk Unscheduling

Unscheduling multiple appointments at once can significantly impact a field service team’s schedule. To prohibit users from taking this action, you can remove the new Bulk Unschedule custom permission from their profiles. The permission is assigned by default to users with the FSL Admin Permissions or FSL Dispatcher Permissions permission set.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with the Field Service Lightning managed package installed.

How: Add or remove the permission in the Custom Permissions section of any permission set. Users without the Bulk Unschedule permission don’t see the Unschedule action in the appointment list action menu.
