Where: This feature is available in Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions where Financial Services Cloud is enabled.
Who: An Einstein Bots license is required to use Einstein Bots in Financial Services Cloud.
Why: Improve customer service agent productivity by automating the resolution of routine customer requests in real time on digital channels like web and mobile chat. Collect and qualify customer information for seamless agent handoff. Customer service agents can review past bot activity by using case management and chat transcripts.
How: Launch Einstein Bots through a snap-in to see how chatbots can work for your customers. Perform a few simple configurations to embed the snap-in in the sample bank landing page provided with the package. You can then test-drive the bot.
To create your own chatbots, clone the unmanaged package and modify it for your specific customer conversation use cases. Retail Banking customers can access the bot from their bank’s website.
