Productivity Features: Lightning Dialer Improvements, Email Insights, and More List Email
We’re introducing a ton of new features for Lightning Dialer,
including call monitoring and multiple voicemail messages. Your reps can also now see important
sales context alongside relevant emails, and send list emails to campaigns.
Activities: Tasks List View, Bulk Task Creation, Predefined Subjects, and More
Boost your reps’ productivity with the tasks list view, offering table view, split view, and Kanban view. Create predefined subjects that reps can use for tasks and events, and create copies of a task for colleagues. Plus, the activity timeline has a new filtering option to help reps focus on only the tasks they’re involved with.
Kanban: Update Dependent Picklists
Dependent picklists no longer block reps from moving a record to a different column. If a picklist has dependent fields, reps can access and update all dependent fields when updating a record from the Kanban view.
Calendar: Usability Improvements in Lightning Experience
Get the most out of calendar when you switch to Lightning Experience. No need to waste time opening records to work with calendar items. Now reps can drag events or other records on their calendars to update the start date or time. Plus, reps have better control over their screen real estate and more room to see details directly from the calendar. And now you can customize the look and feel of the New Event action by overriding the button on the calendar with a Lightning component.
