View All Your Salesforce Classic Macros and Quick Text in Lightning Experience

Work with all your macros and quick text in Lightning Experience, even items that were created and shared in Salesforce Classic. Previously, items shared in Salesforce Classic weren’t visible in Lightning Experience when folders were enabled.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions. Folders for macros and quick text aren’t supported in Essentials.

How: To work with macros and quick text in Lightning Experience, enable folders on the Macro Settings and Quick Text Settings pages in Setup. After you enable folders, the macro utility and quick text browser are updated.
