Honor Customer Privacy with Updates to List Email Statuses
If a list email delivery has errors, you’re sent a delivery summary with an attached CSV file. The file lists the status for each person the email was sent to, including email privacy settings. Whether you’re complying with data protection and privacy regulations, such as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or other requirements, this information helps you honor your customers’ requests for privacy.
