Add Sales Reps to Groups and Queues Based on Territory Assignment

Now it takes only a few clicks to add all the reps assigned to specific territories to groups or queues. For example, you can add all your Florida reps to your East Coast public group. It’s faster than adding reps one by one and helps you avoid redundant groupings of users.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in Performance and Developer editions and in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Sales Cloud.

How: In Setup, select Territories or Territories and Subordinates when you create or edit a group or queue.

Then select territories to add to the group (1) or queue (2). Only territories in your active territory model are available.
