Create Reports on a Community’s Topic Usage

Set up a report to see all your community’s topics and the posts and questions that they apply to. Create a custom report type with networks as the primary object, topic assignments as the second object, and feed posts as the third object. You can also include feed comments as a fourth object. You can use this information to check your knowledge base for relevant articles and content.

Where: This change applies to all communities accessed through Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in Essentials, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.
