A limited version of Salesforce IoT is now included in Service Cloud at no additional cost. By delivering IoT data to Service Cloud, Salesforce gives your users access to more diagnostic information about your customers' connected devices. Agents can analyze and solve issues faster and give your customers better service.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Unlimited Edition with the Service Cloud.

How: If your org has a Service Cloud license, you can find Salesforce IoT in Setup under Feature Settings.
