Essentials
Sales Essentials and Service Essentials are combined under one product—Salesforce Essentials. Use in-app help to find resources without leaving Salesforce. Add and reduce user licenses to make sure that you have the right number for your team, and manage your users in the redesigned Users page in Setup. Use the new Voice Support setup flow to integrate a third-party voice support system with Salesforce, and learn more about leads and opportunities in the Sales Stages setup flow.

Communities
Spring ‘19 is jam-packed with features and improvements for your communities. Use Salesforce Mobile Publisher for Community Cloud to turn existing communities into mobile apps, and release them in the App Store or through Google Play. Easily create sharing relationships between partner types, such as distributors and resellers. Integrate with the Google Cloud Translation API to have community members instantaneously translate questions, posts, comments, answers, and replies into 50 languages. Use Einstein Next Best Action to deliver the right offer at the right time.
Chatter
Users’ feed sort options remain even when they navigate away. Include hyperlinks in posts and comments. Redirect URLs in feeds are shorter and include the feed item ID. Run a report on posts and comments with a particular topic, and see the post and comment content and other details.
